The cover of this experimental journal is pine timber which has been stained and varnished, decorated with sticks, fabric, thumb tacks, hand stitched leather and letters forming the word "NOTES". The strings of beads match the colors of the fabric bits and are a mixture of hand made paper beads and black plastic bead. This is the book I use to write all my notes on bookbinding
