About the Pages

COUNTING PAGES: When I list the number of pages in a book, I am referring to one side of each leaf. For example, in a book with numbered pages, Page 17 would be on one side of the leaf or piece of paper, Page 18 on the other side. Therefore, a book with 224 pages would have 112 leaves.

J - OPTIONAL TITLE PAGES: This is an additional page  that can be added to the front of your journal and it will appear as the first page in your book.. It is optional. Title pages are also hand cut in a creative wave pattern.
there are dozens to choose from.
All pages are hand cut with a random wavy pattern.
Pages are cut seperately so no two pages are exactly alike.
With paper packs that have colored pages mixed with white pages, the colored paper encloses each section of the book as shown in the diagram above.
Another example of colored paper mixed with plain white paper.
With paper packs that have patterned paper mixed with white paper, the patterned  paper encloses each section of the book as shown in the diagram above.
Page huggers are smaller (usually patterned) mini pages added around each section of the book.  They serve two purposes.  1.  They add color and interest to the book.  2.  They add a little bit of extra space between pages for adding photographs as in scrapbooking and prevent the book from becomming too "fat" from stuff being pasted in.
This is an example of how Page Huggers show at the back of the book.
